Welcome to GranaWin. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of granawin.com and all services we provide, including our casino, live casino and sportsbook products. By registering an account with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. We are operated by TechSolutions Group N.V. and licensed under Curaçao eGaming and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Eligibility and Registration

To create an account at GranaWin, you must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. We only accept players from countries where online gambling is legal, and our platform is configured to be accessible only from permitted regions. If your country is missing from our registration form, registration is closed to you, and attempting to select a different country to bypass this restriction may result in confiscated winnings and permanent closure of your account.

We do not permit registration from Belarus, Ukraine, Curaçao, Cyprus, Estonia, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Gaza Strip, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Israel, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Russia, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Belgium, USA, Angola, Albania, Iraq, Jamaica, Uganda, Montserrat, Iran, Lebanon, Zimbabwe, Mauritius, Nicaragua, Yemen, Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, Sudan, Liberia, Syria, Cayman Islands, Somalia, Congo, North Korea, Eritrea, Haiti, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, Myanmar, South Sudan, Burkina Faso, Libya, Mali, Barbados, Rwanda and Australia. Real-money play is additionally restricted for residents of a further extended list of territories detailed in our full country policy, including Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Kosovo, Western Sahara and Turkey. Each player may hold only one GranaWin account. We allow one account per family, household address, e-mail, IP address, card, e-wallet or electronic payment method. Any duplicate accounts we detect will be closed, and associated funds may be forfeited. Your GranaWin login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.

Account Management

We may block an account after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. While the balance remains positive, we charge a monthly administrative fee of 10 EUR, or the current balance if lower, until the funds are exhausted or the account is reactivated. Deposits and Currencies

Our internal operating currency is the euro. We accept deposits in a wide range of currencies including EUR, USD, CAD, CHF, PLN, NOK, NZD, HUF, BGN, CZK, ARS, BRL, CLP, KRW, PEN, JPY and many others listed on our cashier page. If you deposit in an unsupported currency, it is automatically converted; your payment provider may charge a conversion fee, but we do not add our own charge. You may only change your account currency once you have completed the first stage of the welcome bonus.

Minimum deposits vary by currency, starting from 10 EUR / 10 USD, or the equivalent. Maximum deposit limits depend on your chosen payment method. For deposits made via cryptocurrency or voucher, we may not always control the minimum and maximum limits, and only funds we actually receive are credited to your account.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments, and any winnings generated from funds deposited using a payment method not registered to you will be confiscated.

Withdrawals

We process withdrawals through the same method used for your deposit wherever possible. Where a deposit was made by card and the withdrawal amount is equal to or lower than the deposit, we return funds to that card; any excess is paid through an alternative supported method. Certain card networks are unavailable in specific countries, as set out on our payments page.

Our standard withdrawal limits are 4,000 EUR per day, 10,000 EUR per week and 40,000 EUR per month, or the equivalent, unless a promotion states otherwise. Higher VIP status may lift these limits. Progressive jackpot winnings are always paid in full regardless of standard limits. Where a requested amount exceeds a payment system's limit, we pay it in instalments.

Before requesting a withdrawal, your deposit must be wagered at least 3 times on casino and live casino bets, or 1 time on sports bets, with a minimum odds requirement of 1.1 on qualifying bets. We may decline withdrawals where deposit or withdrawal amounts are inconsistent with wagering activity, or where the deposit method was an e-payment system.

We do not charge commission on transactions, but we reserve the right to recover our processing costs if you deposit and place no wagers, or if your total wagering since the last deposit is under 3 times that deposit amount. Intermediary bank charges on wire transfers are capped at the equivalent of 16 EUR. If you close your account with a remaining balance requiring manual bank transfer, we apply a 12.5 EUR transaction fee.

Verification

We request identity verification on your first withdrawal. Documents must be submitted as photographs; we do not accept PDFs or scans. We review submissions within 48 hours and may request additional checks, including a selfie with your ID, a selfie with a handwritten note, or a live video call. If you do not complete verification within two weeks, we will permanently close your account and confiscate any winnings. A pending withdrawal can be cancelled through our support team, but once approved, it cannot be reversed.

GranaWin Bonuses and Promotions

We offer a range of promotions, including our welcome package: a casino first deposit bonus of 100% up to 120 EUR plus 120 free spins, a crypto first deposit bonus of 300% up to 500 EUR, and a sports first deposit bonus of 100% up to 100 EUR. Our casino and sports first-deposit bonuses cannot be combined; selecting one excludes the other, and bonus caps are absolute regardless of your deposit size.

All deposit, no-deposit and free-spin bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement unless we state otherwise. Real money in your balance is always wagered before bonus funds. We only allow one active bonus at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be stacked.

While a casino bonus is active, your maximum bet is 5 EUR, including feature and respin purchases; exceeding this may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings. A bonus is automatically cancelled once its balance reaches 0.05 EUR or less. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met forfeits the bonus and any related winnings.

Maximum payout from any GranaWin no deposit bonus, free bonus or free spins is capped at 50 EUR. Maximum payout from cashback, comp points, tournament, deposit, VIP and weekly bonuses (excluding the welcome bonus) is 10,000 EUR, with a 14 working day review period. Slots contribute 100% towards wagering; table games and live dealer games do not contribute at all, and jackpot games are always excluded from bonus play, alongside an extensive list of excluded titles from major providers such as NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play.

Maximum winnings are capped at 100,000 EUR per bet, 250,000 EUR per day and 500,000 EUR per week. Outright and racing bets, along with returned, cancelled, draw, cashed-out and free-bet wagers, do not count towards sports bonus wagering, and Bet Builder bets are excluded from all promotions.
